Joti Yoga

Our Yoga Retreats

Our retreats are designed to be restorative and quietly transformative. You will practise daily Kundalini yoga, breathwork, and meditation, enjoy nourishing food, and spend unhurried time in nature. We keep groups small so everyone receives attention and space to unwind.

Suitable for all levels. Come as you are. Make new friends. Leave lighter, clearer, refreshed and energised.

Spaces are limited. Secure your place early.

Daily rhythm 🌗

Every retreat is different. The rhythm of the day will depend on the time of year, the locations and the participants themselves. There is never a rushed schedule and there’s plenty of time between activities to relax and socialise. A typical day might look like:

  • Morning practice: movement, breathwork, and meditation, followed by breakfast.
  • Meditation and chanting followed by time in nature or quiet rest.
  • Lunch, followed by an afternoon workshop or gentle practice.
  • Evening meal, followed by a firepit under the night sky.

Where you stay 🏕️

Comfortable shared or private accommodation in beautiful surroundings. Bell tents or cosy rooms depending on the venue, always with hot showers and proper beds.

Usually there will be multiple options available on booking, allowing couples to share a room or tent. Shared rooms or tents will typically be divided by gender.

Food 🍲

Meals are fresh, seasonal, entirely plant based and full of prana!

Mealtime is always a great opportunity to share what you’ve learnt, laugh and feel at peace with likeminded people. Tea and fruit is typically available throughout the day. We can accommodate common dietary needs with advance notice.

You’re likely to feel lighter, healthier and fresher after a few days of our delicious fresh food. While we don’t aim for a detox diet, the nature of the food supports the body to rebalance.
