Classes are available in person, online via Zoom, and as private 1:1 sessions.

Kundalini Yoga Class FAQs
What time should I arrive?
Arrive 5-10 minutes before the class begins to settle in.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes like leggings, jogging bottoms, a T-shirt, and/or a long-sleeved top.
What should I bring with me?
- A yoga mat
- A bottle of water
- A shawl or blanket to cover yourself during relaxation
- An optional cushion for sitting during meditation
Can I park at the venue?
There is plenty of on-street parking outside the venue if arriving by car.
