Wednesdays 7.15 to 8.30pm
Payment is by bacs for a 4 class series (£30) booked and paid for in advance.

Classes are Suitable for all levels. Alternative postures and variations of postures are demonstrated to meet individual needs. Please bring your Yoga mat, water bottle and shawl. On street parking is available.
Kundalini yoga class FAQs
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive about 5 to 10 minutes prior to the start of the class.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes like leggings, jogging bottoms, T shirt and/or a long- sleeved top.
What should I bring with me?
- A yoga mat.
- A bottle of water.
- A shawl or blanket to cover yourself during relaxation.
- A cushion (optional) for sitting on during meditation.
Can I park at the venue?
There is plenty of on street parking outside the venue if arriving by car.

We then begin the kriya. In Kundalini yoga the teacher stays on the mat and demonstrates the exercises and holds the space for the class. Each week will be different as we work on particular aspects of the body and mind through kriya, pranayama, mantra and meditation.
