Everything that sits between a weekly class and a full retreat: heart-led gatherings that blend Kundalini Yoga, mantra, meditation, cacao and gong sound healing. Below is a quick overview of each event type and where to read more or book.

How Joti Yoga events feel

Small groups. Welcoming. Practical and mystical in equal measure. We align with the seasons and keep things grounded with breath, posture, mantra and deep rest. Most events are suitable for beginners, with modifications offered.

Weekly

Kundalini Yoga classes

Uplifting classes that balance breath, posture, mantra and meditation. Suitable for all levels. In-person evenings in Leicester and a Friday morning Zoom. Four-class block pricing (paid in advance).

Bring a mat, water and a shawl/blanket for relaxation.
Ceremony

Cacao ceremonies

Heart-opening gatherings with ceremonial cacao, intention setting, Kundalini meditation and gentle movement. Perfect for birthdays, alternative nights out or hen groups. Tailor-made at our space or yours.

Typical duration ~3 hours. Private group packages available.
Sound

Gong immersions

Gong sound healing set-up

Deeply restorative sound journeys using symphonic gongs. The vibration guides the nervous system toward calm and can support emotional release. Offered as 1-to-1, small private groups or public sessions.

Safety: not suitable with pacemakers, epilepsy, pregnancy and some acute conditions. Full guidance on the gong page.
Monthly

Soul Sundays

First Sunday evening each month at Create Studios. A soothing blend of Kundalini Yoga, mantra and gong — the ideal reset to close the week and begin the next with clarity.

Seasonal

Seasonal circles

Special gatherings aligned with solstices, equinoxes and key astrological windows (e.g. Lion’s Gate). Expect cacao or tea, mantra, meditation, intention work and a closing relaxation or gong bath.

Practice

Workshops

Focused half-day sessions — navel-strengthening sets, breath & bandh basics, mantra intensives, or “make your own herbal balm” at day retreats. Designed to deepen practice in a friendly setting.

Multi-day

Retreats

Immersive time away — think sunrise practice, nourishing food, nature connection and space to reset. UK weekends and international venues are announced through the year.

Private

Private groups & 1-to-1

Book a bespoke session for your team or friends. Options include cacao ceremony, a gentle Kundalini set with meditation, and a closing gong relaxation. We provide all guidance — you bring your intention.
