The recent Glastonbury Kundalini Yoga Retreat offered exactly that: a space to breathe, to heal, and to reconnect with oneself and others. The healing energy of Glastonbury itself, combined with the thoughtful structure of the retreat, allowed many to find a sense of renewal and clarity. For some, it was an opportunity to slow down; for others, it was a chance to reignite their creative spirit.

“Having felt over-tired, overwhelmed with work and having had a number of minor ailments recently, this retreat was everything I needed. Nikki’s thoughtful curation of kundalini yoga, meditation & mantras, and the beautiful meditative walk to Glastonbury Tor for sunrise all helped to make a space for reflection and gratitude. Jane’s Mindful Crochet session was an addition that helped to free my creative spirit as well as giving my mind time to focus. Finally, Kully’s delicious vegan cooking nourished body, mind and soul. On top of all of this, the weekend was filled with tears, laughter, singing and dancing! Joyful!”
