March 2025 Newsletter
Sat Nam
Welcome to my first newsletter!
The intention behind its creation is to share with you news, events, Kundalini Yoga themed practices, and musings that align with the energy of each month.
People often ask me if I have a meditation that I can recommend, or a practice that can help with particular points, well, this newsletter aims to share some of those practices that will serve your highest good and that synchronize with the energies of each month.
Expect monthly meditations, mantras and mudras that embody the themes and element of the month, along with Postures to balance the corresponding chakra.
Read about tips for where your energy is best placed, and maybe an uplifting new track on Spotify to listen to… the possibilities are many!
So, for now, lets enjoy a dreamy March theme as we delve into and explore the vibrational qualities of Pisces.
Find out about upcoming events and retreats in 2025.
Pisces’ element is water, and it embodies the qualities of creativity, flexibility, adaptability and emotional sensitivity
It relates to the Svadhisthana chakra or sacral Chakra, which is the second Chakra. This Chakra is located in the lower belly and inner pelvis and represents fluidity, femininity, sensuality, creativity and joy. Orange is its colour.
A balanced sacral chakra is reflected in creative flow, emotional stability, flexibility and healthy habits. Each month we can tap into the different qualities and use Mantra and meditation to bring about more balance and serenity.
The mantra weaves a spiritual tapestry with Sat Narayan embodying the true Sustainer, Wahe
Guru as the Wise Mystery, Hari Narayan as the Creative Force, and Sat Nam reflecting our True
Inner Self.
Tying them together is Narayan, linked to Vishnu and the calming water element,
channeling clarity, fluidity, and peace.
To chant:
Sit in easy pose and bend the arms up with the palms facing forward, elbows pressed into the ribs.
Create Varun mudra on each hand (little finger locked down with the thumb). Chant along to the track for 11 minutes.
Meditation for March
Ang Sang Waheguru
A beautiful mantra for self healing.

incantation for inner restoration, resonating with the
essence of universal love that vibrates in every cell
of my being.
To Practice.
Sit in easy pose, place the right arm to the left
shoulder, and the left arm to the right shoulder, left
arm in front (as if hugging yourself).
Chant for 11 minutes.
End: Inhale and squeeze all of the muscles, sending
the mantra to every cell. Repeat x 2
