About asanas & safe practice

Context. In Kundalini Yoga an “asana” is often a complete action (posture + breath + gaze + sometimes mantra).

Safety. If Breath of Fire isn’t appropriate for you, use Long Deep Breathing. Move within a comfortable range; avoid neck/lower-back compression in deep backbends. This is educational, not medical advice.

Note on Crow. “Crow Pose” here follows the Kundalini usage: a deep malasana-style squat, not the Hatha arm balance bakasana.
