Everything you need to know before your first class.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class begins to allow time to settle in.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move, stretch and sit comfortably during practice.
What should I bring with me?
- A yoga mat
- A bottle of water
- A shawl or blanket to keep you warm during relaxation
- An optional cushion for sitting during meditation
Can I park at the venue?
There is free on street parking available nearby.
